Thinking of walking in the mountains around Autrans?
Maybe you are already there and looking for a last-minute route?
The mountain leaders of Pied Vert run lovely hikes in sunshine or in cloud to discover the natural and human heritage of the Autrans-Méaudre valley.
In this corner of the Vercors Regional Park, the views won't let you down: from the Bec de l'Orient to the Méaudre crest, the scenery is a treat for hikers who love a long horizon.
You may even cross paths with a chamois, marmots up near the Molière, or wolf tracks (wolves of the Vercors).
For information and bookings, contact Pied Vert directly by phone at 07 66 64 90 96 or by email at contactpiedvert.com .

Every outing is different. We adapt to the conditions of the day and also to your group. So whether you are with family, with friends for a bachelorette in the wild, or with colleagues on a team building day in the Vercors, let us know what you need when you book.
Maybe you would rather skip the qualified leader and head out solo. Fair enough: the discoveries and encounters will be different, and our ethic is to encourage you to get outside, because the mountains are wonderful.
Just remember to equip yourself properly and to keep an eye on the weather so you do not end up in a situation that invites trouble. The mountain, however beautiful, can change face quickly.

On our blog we have described several itineraries, for example routes suitable for family hikes or hikes to the Vercors lakes.
These suggestions are far from exhaustive and can be expanded around a map at the end of an outing we have led, or directly at the Autrans tourist office or the Méaudre tourist office.
These offices also sell a walking and hiking map for the Vercors Four Mountains, along with a heritage trail booklet.
