The warmth and quality of their welcome, along with the generous plates we find there, lead us to recommend these Vercors refuges during a Vercors hike starting from Méaudre, Villard-de-Lans, Corrençon or Autrans, in winter as in summer.
We can also meet you directly at one of these refuges after your meal to explore the surroundings and the local wildlife for an afternoon, or for a night snowshoe outing before you settle into the cosy dormitory or room you booked.
These refuges can host you in a private setting (friends, family, stag party, etc.) or in a professional setting for a seminar in the Vercors.

Refuges at Corrençon
Le Clariant
At the entrance to the Vercors Highlands, Le Clariant is a refuge tucked into the forest, reached only on foot in around thirty minutes from the Corrençon golf course.
This fully off-grid restaurant (autonomous for water and electricity) welcomes guests all year. Opening days and hours vary with the seasons: the current calendar is on leclariant.com.
You will find generous, homemade local cooking, served in a warm and authentic setting.
To make the climb even more playful, we offer nature activities that turn the walk up into a real experience: the Fire Challenge, the wolf tracking outing, and other seasonal discoveries, plus the winter snowshoe and raclette evening.

Groups and private hire
Le Clariant can host groups or be booked privately for seminars, corporate events or festive moments such as stag and hen parties.

Refuges at Méaudre
Refuge des Narces
At 1 300 m altitude, Fleur, Manu and their two children welcome you to this peaceful spot in the heart of the northern Vercors.
In the cool of the forest, surrounded by birds, flowers and wild animals, watched over by the Grande Moucherolle in the distance, come and enjoy the calm of this place.

Refuges at Autrans
Refuge des Feneys
Set on the road to the Molière, well placed on the foothills of that crest, in the middle of a clearing, this small typical alpine pasture house faces full south, with a sweeping view over the Autrans-Méaudre valley.
Remember to bring your water, it is scarce up there.

Refuge de Gève

Refuge de la Molière
Set at 1 600 m altitude, we welcome you on the Molière pasture in the heart of the Vercors massif.

Refuges at Saint-Martin-en-Vercors
Refuge-Auberge de Roybon at Herbouilly
The Refuge de Roybon stands at the entrance to the Herbouilly Nordic area and a stone's throw from the Vercors Highlands. A great base to head out and discover the wild Vercors environment.
Refuge de Roybon can host up to 40 people for a meal.
Half-board (up to 38 people on reservation only): a 13-bed dormitory (from €68/person) and 4 rooms (2 to 4 places, from €78/person).
