Forget the padlocks and locked rooms. Here, your playing field is the mountain itself: forest paths, hidden clearings and views over the Vercors cliffs. Guided by the Pied Vert mountain leaders, you dive into a full-scale outdoor escape game.

Solo, as a couple, with family or friends, you progress from puzzle to puzzle through different natural environments. Each clue leads you further into the adventure, between wildlife observation and discovery of local heritage.

Autrans The return of the wolf

In the forests of the Val d'Autrans-Méaudre, a planned mine project threatens the fragile balance of the wildlife. Ecologists, shepherds and hunters are on edge.

Bastien, a well-known wildlife photographer, set out into the field to gather evidence that could stop the project. But he has disappeared, leaving only a trail of clues scattered between undergrowth and ridges.

The town council votes tonight. Can you find Bastien's evidence and present it in time to block the project?

Villard-de-Lans The legendary chest

In the heights above Villard-de-Lans, the legend of the Count of Bois Bubar has been passed down for generations. His chest, they say, holds a secret essential to the survival of the people of the Vercors. But one morning, the chest disappeared. Nobody knows what happened.

By following the traces left by the Count through forests and clearings, will you combine observation, alchemy and determination to find the chest before it's too late?

• Where does the escape game take place? Near the villages of Autrans, Villard-de-Lans or Lans-en-Vercors. The exact location is sent to you after booking.
• How long is the game? Between 1h30 and 2h (mornings, afternoons or late afternoons in summer).
• How much time should I plan? Between 2h and 2h30.
• What's the physical difficulty? Accessible to most.
• How hard are the puzzles? Average solve time 9 minutes, hints available if you get stuck.
• From what age? From 8, children get the full benefit of the adventure. Younger children can take part if accompanied by older players.
• How to come from Grenoble? By bus (lines 5100 and 5110 - Green travel in the Vercors).
• What's the difference with an indoor escape game? Here, no closed room, no combination padlock: you move through forest, on mountain paths or on snowshoes in winter. The puzzles rely on the real environment (trees, rocks, viewpoints, animal tracks) and each scenario has you walking between 2 and 4 km on accessible terrain. The game is played outside, with the sounds of the forest, the shifting light and sometimes snow underfoot.
