Le Clariant
At the entrance to the Vercors Highlands, Le Clariant is a refuge tucked into the forest, accessible only on foot after a thirty-minute walk from the Corrençon golf course.
This fully off-grid restaurant (autonomous for water and electricity) welcomes visitors all year round. Opening days and hours vary with the seasons: the up-to-date calendar is on leclariant.com.
You will find generous, homemade local cuisine, served in a warm and authentic setting.
To make the climb even more playful, we offer nature activities that turn it into a real experience: the Fire Challenge, the wolf tracking outing, and other discoveries through the seasons, plus the winter snowshoe and raclette evening.
